Pool rules

Pool is currently closed due to Covid-19
Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Any modification of this schedule shall be at the sole discretion of the Board
Open 8 am to 10 pm
Owners, tenants and guests
Guests must be accompanied by the owner or the tenant leasing the Eastbridge unit
Children age 12 or under must always be accompanied by an adult age 18 and older
Teens, age 13 – 17, must always be accompanied by at least one other person. No swimming alone.
Swimsuits must always be worn when using the pool
Diapers are not to be worn while using the pool
No lifeguard on duty. Use the facilities at your own risk
Parents are responsible for the conduct and safety of children
Breakable objects are not allowed in the pool area
Excessive noise, profanity, roughhousing, running, diving, pushing and offensive behavior are prohibited
Rocks and trash must not be thrown into the pool
Gates and the door to the cabana door must not be propped open
Do not swallow pool water
Anyone with an infection or illness should not use the pool. Chlorine is an effective disinfectant but it doesn’t kill germs immediately and some viral and bacterial strains resist chlorine altogether.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property
Alcoholic beverages are not allowed inside the pool area
Animals (except service dogs) are not allowed in the pool area
Only battery-operated radios or other sound systems with earphones are permitted
Pool furniture must not be removed from the pool area
Bring your cabana key to open the door leading to the restrooms
Rocks and trash should not be thrown into the pool
Diapers must not be worn while in the pool
Take a shower and use soap at home before entering the pool and upon returning home
Wash your swimsuit after each use to prevent the spread of mustard algae
