Cabana Rental quick reminder:

1. Rental Fee: $60

2. Cleaning Deposit fee: $100

3. Hours are available are 8am to 10pm. Cabana cannot be used during quiet hours (10pm-8am)

4. Confetti and glitter are not permitted. The use of confetti and/or glitter will result in a loss of the full cleaning deposit. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for the use of confetti and/or glitter.

5. Rental responsibilities include cleaning and putting the cabana back in the condition in which you found it. A clean-up checklist is provided.

6. You will receive a code for the keypad to access the event room.

7. Only the cabana is available for rent, not the pool.

8. The cabana cannot be rented for commercial or business purposes.

9. The cabana cannot be booked on Federal holidays.

10. Eastbridge Condominium Association is not responsible for theft or damage of items brought into the cabana before, during or after the rental period.
