Earthquake Readiness

Each year the Association pays the insurance premium for earthquake coverage, as a part of the master insurance policy. Homeowners need to include earthquake coverage in their individual homeowner's policies as well, to ensure that their belongings are covered in case of loss.
 

In addition, we all need to do the planning required to be sure that our families are safe and cared for in the case of an emergency. We don't like to think about it, but disaster preparedness is something that each of us needs to do.
